Customer Service Officer

Job Description


- Attend to customer enquiries (phones/in person/e-mail)

- Treatment bookings/scheduling

- Collect payment from customers

- Operate point of sale (POS) system

- Other administrative works when required


Requirements


- Strong sense of customer service

- Ability to multitask and maintain a professional demeanor

- Driven to use own initiative

- Flexibility to handle issues as they arise

- Works well in a fast paced environment

- Excellent verbal, written, and listening communication skills

- Computer-literacy in Microsoft Word and Excel

- Only Singaporean or Singapore PR need to apply

- Minimum GCE N Levels or O Levels

- At least 1 year of experience in a customer service role
