We are looking for a Customer Support Agent to join Super Technologies and play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. Sitting within the Customer Support team, this position is the first point of contact for customers across multiple channels, ensuring every interaction is handled with care, clarity, and efficiency. The role directly supports customer satisfaction and loyalty, contributing to the wider business goal of building strong, lasting customer relationships.
What the role involves
- Respond to inbound and/or outbound calls, emails, live chat, and social media channel enquiries, addressing customer needs and providing clear solutions or alternatives.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions using the call centre database.
- Manage social media interactions and third-party review sites.
- Build lasting relationships with customers to encourage loyalty and a positive experience at every touchpoint.
- Collaborate closely with other teams to achieve outstanding business results.
- Meet daily targets for service quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
- Participate in training to continuously develop product knowledge and improve skills.
What we are looking for
- Previous experience in customer support or a call centre environment.
- Strong listening and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Medium-level proficiency in English and fluency in Greek.
- Friendly, empathetic approach to all customer interactions.
- Ability to stay organised and manage multiple tasks efficiently whilst meeting deadlines.
- Keen attention to detail.
- Flexible mindset with a drive to improve processes and outcomes.
