Product Support Operator

As a Product Support Operator at Super, you will provide expert support across our online software products, ensuring issues are resolved and documented efficiently. Working closely with the wider team, you will support both internally developed products and third-party supplier solutions, collaborating with Helpdesk and IT field teams to maintain service quality and reliability.
What the role involves
- Provide technical support for online software products, whether developed by internal teams or third-party suppliers.
- Support Helpdesk and IT field teams with product-related queries and escalations.
- Document product issues and create incident reports.
- Announce scheduled maintenance and provide necessary support throughout maintenance windows.
- Update product support procedures to ensure internal and provider SLA provisions are met.
- Monitor and test product performance on an ongoing basis.
- Collect product data, analyse it, and produce technical metrics and statistics for market use.
What we are looking for
- Experience in customer and/or product support.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
- Experience working with issue tracking tools (e.g. Jira, Teamwork, Trello).
- Fluency in English.
- Strong communication skills, professionalism, and an affinity for teamwork.
- Willingness to work in shifts.
- High levels of adaptability to demanding situations and time constraints.
