Job Summary:

Join a dynamic tech environment delivering cybersecurity and monitoring solutions across regional projects with hands-on implementation and support.

Responsibilities:

• Manage post-sales activities for cybersecurity and network performance monitoring solutions.
• Support large-scale project implementations across local and regional environments.
• Deliver on-site implementation including system setup, testing, deployment, and documentation.
• Provide technical support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues using systematic analysis and knowledge resources.
• Participate in 24×7 standby support rotation for maintenance and critical incident resolution.
• Communicate technical findings and solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate documentation for configurations, troubleshooting, and project delivery.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, presales, and vendors to ensure smooth execution.
• Stay updated with the latest cybersecurity technologies and best practices.
• Implement and maintain SIEM systems for centralized monitoring.
• Monitor logs and security events to detect potential threats.
• Investigate alerts and support incident response activities.
• Develop and fine-tune correlation rules, dashboards, and use cases.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Cyber Security, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• Experience working with SIEM tools or within a Security Operations Center (SOC) environment.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity events, log analysis, and threat detection.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions.
• Good communication skills to convey technical information to diverse stakeholders.
• Willingness to participate in standby support rotation.
• Strong documentation and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
