Diagnostic Radiologic Technologist

About the Position: This position is located at Naval Medical Center with the Directorate of Clinical Support, Radiology Division in San Diego, California. This is a Direct Hire Solicitation

Perform complex and specialized Diagnostic, Fluoroscopy, Orthopedic, Surgical and Computed Tomography (CT) radiographic procedures at the organization.

Assist in the development, maintenance, and review of quality improvement (QI) and quality control (QC) programs.

Perform the full range of diagnostic CT examinations/procedures, including but not limited to neuro, chest, abdominal, chest, pediatric, extremity, body, muscular skeletal.

Identify required improvements, recommend corrective action, and perform follow-up monitoring to establish whether further action is required.

Assist the supervisor in developing quality control procedures for new radiologic examinations and the modification of existing procedures.
