DIGITAL MARKETING EXECUTIVE

We areseeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to plan, execute, andoptimize digital marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, leadgeneration, customer acquisition, and engagement across multiple digitalchannels.

KeyResponsibilities

DigitalCampaign Management

· Plan,execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across paid, owned, andearned channels.

· Managedigital advertising campaigns on platforms such as Meta, Google Ads, TikTok,and other relevant channels.

· Monitorcampaign performance and implement optimization strategies to improve ROI andachieve marketing objectives.

· Managecampaign budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources.

Content& Social Media Marketing

· Develop andschedule content for social media platforms, websites, email marketing, anddigital campaigns.

· Collaboratewith designers and content creators to produce engaging and brand-alignedmarketing assets.

· Managesocial media communities, respond to enquiries, and monitor online engagement.

· Identifyopportunities to leverage trends and relevant conversations to increase brandvisibility.

Website& SEO Management

· Maintain andupdate website content to ensure accuracy and relevance.

· ImplementSEO best practices to improve organic search visibility and website traffic.

· Monitorwebsite performance and user experience, recommending improvements wherenecessary.

· Coordinatewith internal and external stakeholders on website enhancement projects.

Analytics& Reporting

· Monitor,analyze, and report on digital marketing performance using tools such as GoogleAnalytics, Meta Business Suite, and CRM platforms.

· Provideregular insights and recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness.

· Track keymarketing KPIs including traffic, engagement, lead generation, conversionrates, and customer acquisition costs.

· Preparemonthly performance reports and presentations for stakeholders.

Requirements

Qualifications

· Diploma orDegree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Digital Marketing, or a relatedfield.

· 1–3 years ofexperience in digital marketing, social media, or performance marketing.

Skills &Competencies

· Hands-onexperience with digital advertising platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTokAds).

· Certificationsin Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Blueprint, or related digital marketingdisciplines will be advantageous

· Familiaritywith Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and reporting dashboards.

· Experiencewith website CMS platforms such as WordPress.

· Basic HTMLknowledge

· Basicunderstanding of CRM and marketing automation platforms.

· Stronganalytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionableinsights.

· Excellentwritten and verbal communication skills.

· Strongproject management and organizational abilities.

· Ability towork independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
