E- Commerce Assistant

Job Summary

You will create engaging short-form videos, manage e-commerce platforms, respond to customer enquiries, and coordinate order fulfillment to support our online sales and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Plan and film short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook to showcase products and engage audiences
• Manage Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shops by updating product listings, pricing, and promotions to maintain smooth operations
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries to ensure high customer satisfaction
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure accurate packing and timely shipping of orders

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience in e-commerce, social media, or content creation
• Proficiency in video editing tools such as CapCut or similar apps
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin
• Minimum O-Level or equivalent
