E-Commerce Fulfilment Assistant

Job Overview:

You will be involved in the handling existing customers, order fulfillment and logistics. This role requires someone who is hands-on, flexible, and eager to contribute to different aspects of the business to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

* Process daily orders accurately and ensure timely fulfillment.

* Support e-commerce sales operations, including order fulfilment and customer service.

* Handle customer inquiries related to sales orders and resolve issues promptly.

* Be willing to take on additional responsibilities as needed in a growing and dynamic environment.

Qualifications & Skills:

* 1-3 years of experience in e-commerce fulfilment preferred.

* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

* Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

* A hands-on, can-do attitude with a willingness to take on various tasks as needed.
