E-Commerce & Marketing Executive
Core Responsibilities:
Ecommerce Fulfilment:
- Manage and update product listings, pricing and promotions across TikTok Shop, Alibaba, Brand.com or any other e-commerce or marketing platforms.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve fulfilment processes.
Copywriting:
- Develop compelling and high-quality product descriptions and marketing content.
- Review and approve copywriting work from the team to ensure consistency and quality.
Visual Content:
- Create and manage advanced product images and promotional graphics.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand alignment and oversee visual content strategy.
Customer Service:
- Provide prompt and professional customer service.
- Handle escalated inquiries and resolve complex issues efficiently.
- Train and support the customer service team to ensure high standards.
Order Administration:
- Manage and process orders accurately.
- Ensure timely fulfilment and delivery.
- Maintain organized records of transactions and communications.
- Develop and implement order administration improvements.
Social Media Management:
- Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand presence.
- Manage social media accounts, including content scheduling and community engagement.
- Analyse social media metrics to optimize strategies and content.
- Coordinate and execute online marketing campaigns or roadshows, including booth setup, to boost traffic, conversion rates and generate leads.
Content Creation:
- Create engaging and high-quality content for social media platforms.
- Collaborate with influencers and user-generated content creators to enhance brand visibility.
- Plan and execute social media campaigns, including giveaways and promotional events.
- Produce and edit short-form videos (TikTok, Reels) for campaign teasers, brand awareness and livestream highlights.
- Utilize graphic design tools such as Photoshop, AI or Canva to create visuals for promotions, banners and social media posts.
- Host and manage livestream sessions on TikTok and other platforms to promote products.
Other Responsibilities:
- Monitor and ensure marketing spending stays within allocated budgets for campaigns and livestream activities.
- Weekend work may be required for roadshows or ad-hoc marketing events.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in social media management, SEO, and content creation.
- Familiarity with various social media platforms, including TikTok.
- Experience in understanding Facebook ad spending and planning campaigns on Facebook Ad Manager.
- Willingness to be featured on camera for TikTok content and acting.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools, including Canva.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
