We are looking for motivated individuals to join our growing team as a Recruitment Consultant based in Orchard.

This role offers structured training, mentorship, and clear career progression opportunities within a fast-paced and performance-driven environment.

Responsibilities:

* Identify and assess potential candidates

* Conduct interview and manage selection procedures

* Design job descriptions and interview questions

* Organize and attend recruitment events

* Lead discussions in quarterly and annual hiring needs by department

* Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates

* Involve actively in Human Resource activities with regards to Hiring and Managing of potential candidates

Requirements:

• Degree holders from any discipline

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Positive learning attitude and self-motivated mindset

• Comfortable working in a dynamic environment
