As an ERP Technical - Senior Associate, you will engage with clients to deliver Microsoft Dynamics ERP solutions within our Technology Consulting practice. This role involves working closely with clients in the Financial Services industry, particularly within the Insurance sector, to understand their business needs and implement tailored ERP solutions that drive efficiency and innovation.

As a Senior Associate, you will leverage your problem-solving skills and critical thinking to navigate complex client engagements. You will build meaningful client relationships, anticipate their needs, and guide junior team members. Your role will involve analyzing complex problems, maintaining professional standards, and using your technical skills to deliver quality solutions. You will also have the opportunity to grow your personal brand and deepen your understanding of the business context.

Responsibilities

- Analyzing complex business requirements to customize and develop Microsoft Dynamics ERP solutions
- Implementing ERP strategies to enhance business performance and continuity management
- Managing data integration and system interoperability to optimize operations within financial services
- Leading customization and development efforts using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Power Apps
- Conducting software project planning and tracking to reduce downtime and improve delivery excellence
- Utilizing analytical thinking to support internal control consulting and IT consulting initiatives
- Facilitating process improvement and integration to drive continuous change and innovation
- Collaborating with teams to validate quality assurance best practices and system requirements specifications
- Building meaningful client connections within the insurance sector to address technology application challenges
- Promoting learning agility and intellectual curiosity to embrace change and enhance business solutions

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
