As a SAP IBP Senior Manager, you will specialize in utilizing and managing SAP software and solutions within an organization. You will be responsible for tasks such as installation, configuration, administration, development, and support of SAP products and technologies. As a Senior Manager, you will leverage your influence, skills, and network to deliver quality results. You will motivate and coach others, coming together to solve complex problems. As you increase in autonomy, you apply sound judgment, recognizing when to take action and when to escalate. Your ability to develop and sustain high-performing, diverse, and inclusive teams, and your commitment to excellence, contributes to the success of our Firm.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will be part of our Technology Consulting network, focusing on SAP technology. Within our Business Application Consulting practice, you will help clients optimize operational efficiency by analyzing client needs, implementing software solutions, and providing training and support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications. This opportunity allows you to engage with clients directly, validate outcomes, share alternative perspectives, and act on client feedback, all while driving strategic objectives and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

Responsibilities

- Leading the implementation and management of SAP software solutions to optimize client operational efficiency
- Analyzing client needs and developing tailored SAP solutions to meet strategic objectives
- Managing the installation, configuration, and administration of SAP products and technologies
- Providing training and support to clients for seamless integration and utilization of SAP applications
- Overseeing business transformation initiatives using SAP technology to drive process improvement
- Utilizing Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP) and SAP Analytics Cloud for data-driven decision-making
- Collaborating with teams to design automation processes and enhance service excellence
- Applying strategic technology planning to align SAP solutions with client business goals
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients to facilitate ongoing support and feedback
- Coaching and mentoring teams to foster a culture of learning agility and professional growth

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 6 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- At least one of the following: One or more SAP certifications aligned to SAP Technology and platform solutions, including SAP S/4HANA System Administration, SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), SAP Integration Suite, SAP Security, or related technical architecture credentials
- Demonstrating advanced skills in SAP Analytics Cloud and SAP Fiori
- Utilizing Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP) for process optimization
- Leading business transformation initiatives with strategic technology planning
- Excelling in storytelling and crafting engaging, holistic narratives
