Core HR, Time Management, Absence Management, Compensation, HCM reporting tools – BI Publisher, OTBI and HCM extract reports, HDL, Roles and security, Communication and interpersonal Skills, VBCS, Redwood configurations
Roles and Responsibilities :
- 8+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM with expertise in BI Publisher, OTBI and HCM extracts reports
- Experience in HDL and spreadsheet data load and debugging errors
- Good functional and technical knowledge in Core HR
- Experience in VBCS, Redwood configurations, Roles and Security.
- Knowledge in data integration and ensure smooth data flow between systems using OIC
- Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including employees, management and external partners
- Should be able to coordinate end to end testing cycles.
- Troubleshoot existing applications
Added advantage :
Experience in Time & Labor and Absence implementation
Having Certification on any Oracle HCM Cloud modules.
