ESaaS - Oracle - Functional - Cloud SCM

Experienced Oracle iStore Functional Solution Architect who acts as a core functional expert with a deep understanding of technical integrations. In this role, you will lead the end-to-end functional design and configuration of Oracle iStore, Order Management (OM), and Service Contracts. While this is primarily a functional expert role, it is a must that you thoroughly understand technical designs, APIs, and SOA integrations to effectively coordinate with our technical development teams and successfully drive full lifecycle implementations.

Functional Design Mastery: Own the comprehensive functional blueprinting, solution design, and configuration for Oracle iStore, Order Management, and Service Contracts modules.
● Technical Team Coordination: Serve as the primary bridge between business tracks and the technical development team. Translate complex business needs into clean functional specifications that technical teams can easily execute.
● Technical Design Comprehension: Actively review, evaluate, and understand technical architecture documents, database schemas, and custom code designs to ensure they align perfectly with functional expectations.
● Integration & API Strategy: Architect functional data flows for system integrations, demonstrating a strong understanding of Oracle Standard/Custom APIs and Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) middleware patterns.
● Full Lifecycle Implementation: Lead the solution track through all phases of a full implementation lifecycle, including requirements gathering, functional design, application setup, testing coordination (SIT/UAT), and post-go-live stability.

● Mandatory Experience: Proven track record of at least 2-3 **full end-to-end lifecycle implementations** of Oracle EBS modules.
● Functional Expertise: Advanced, deep-dive functional knowledge of Oracle iStore
(specialty sites, shopping carts, catalogs), Order Management (OM), and Service Contracts.
● Integration Knowledge: Strong conceptual and functional understanding of EAI, **Oracle APIs**, and **SOA integration infrastructure**.
● Technical Literacy: Absolute ability to read, understand, and critique technical designs, code components, and mapping logic provided by technical developers.
● Experience: 12+ years of Oracle EBS experience, with an explicit emphasis on leading functional architectures for the Order-to-Cash (O2C) stream.
