As a Manager in our Consulting practice, you will play a pivotal role in delivering strategic solutions to our clients, focusing on corporate and business strategy. You will leverage your leadership skills to guide teams, manage client accounts, and drive engagement workstreams, all while upholding our quality standards and contributing to our firm's broader business strategies. Within our Strategy Consulting practice, you will be responsible for mentoring junior staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and embracing technology and innovation to enhance delivery.
In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Mexico, you will take ownership of projects, confirming their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion. You will inspire and motivate your team to deliver quality outcomes, leveraging their strengths to meet client expectations. Responsibilities
- Leading strategic planning and execution of corporate and business strategy initiatives
- Conducting comprehensive market research and competitive analysis to identify business opportunities
- Developing and implementing business transformation strategies to enhance profitability and customer experience
- Guiding teams in business process improvement and consulting to optimize client operations
- Utilizing data analytics to drive informed decision-making and strategic solutions
- Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders to support client engagement and service excellence
- Coaching and mentoring team members to foster professional growth and development
- Analyzing industry trends and consumer behavior to inform go-to-market strategies and customer insights
- Facilitating stakeholder analysis and feedback sessions to refine strategic management approaches
- Promoting creativity and innovation in developing customer strategy and competitive advantage
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 6 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
