As a Manager in our Consulting practice, you will play a pivotal role in shaping corporate and business strategies for our clients. You will leverage your strategic planning skills and mentor junior staff to deliver impactful solutions. Within our Strategy Consulting practice, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for confirming project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values in a meaningful way. You embrace technology and innovation to enhance your delivery and encourage others to do the same.

Responsibilities
- Leading strategic planning and execution of corporate and business strategy initiatives
- Conducting comprehensive market research and competitive analysis to identify business opportunities
- Developing and implementing business process improvements to enhance client service delivery
- Guiding teams in the creation of customer experience strategies and solutions
- Utilizing data analytics to drive business transformation and profitability management
- Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders to support strategic management efforts
- Coaching and mentoring team members to foster professional growth and development
- Analyzing industry trends and consumer behavior to inform strategic decision-making
- Collaborating with clients to develop go-to-market strategies and customer insights
- Promoting the adoption of innovative business strategies and embracing change within teams
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 6 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
