Food and Beverage Supervisor
- To oversee restaurant and ensure every guest receives prompt, high quality and friendly hospitality
- Greet guests, handle inquires and promptly resolve any complaints or issues
- Train, schedule and mentor service staff while fostering a positive , sales driven culture that encourages upselling
- Oversee point-of-sale operations and handle cash handling procedures and end-of-shift reporting
- Monitor daily food and beverage quality, control costs and track stock levels and minimize wastage
- Ensure the venue strictly complies with food hygiene, licensing laws, and fire and safety regulations
- Complete all paperwork efficiently, correctly and on time
