Food and Beverage Supervisor

  • To oversee restaurant and ensure every guest receives prompt, high quality and friendly hospitality
  • Greet guests, handle inquires and promptly resolve any complaints or issues
  • Train, schedule and mentor service staff while fostering a positive , sales driven culture that encourages upselling
  • Oversee point-of-sale operations and handle cash handling procedures and end-of-shift reporting
  • Monitor daily food and beverage quality, control costs and track stock levels and minimize wastage
  • Ensure the venue strictly complies with food hygiene, licensing laws, and fire and safety regulations
  • Complete all paperwork efficiently, correctly and on time
