Food & Beverage Attendant | Breakfast

At Pullman Sydney Olympic Park, our signature Bacar Restaurant is known for refined dishes, bold flavours, and impeccable presentation. We are currently seeking an energetic and guest-focused Food & Beverage Attendant to join our dynamic breakfast team. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional breakfast service, including à la carte dining, while creating a welcoming experience that exceeds our guests’ expectations.

What you’ll be doing:

• Greet and welcome guests, assist with enquiries, and manage restaurant seating arrangements
• Support the Assistant Managers with the daily breakfast and à la carte service
• Prepare and maintain the breakfast buffet, ensuring food quality and presentation standards are consistently met
• Take food and beverage orders promptly and accurately to support efficient kitchen operations
• Deliver professional and attentive à la carte breakfast service to all guests
• Ensure all service areas are clean, organised, and well presented throughout service
• Maintain the restaurant’s presentation by following all opening, closing, and daily operational procedures

• Maintain current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certification
• Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including early mornings, nights and public holidays
• Experience in a hotel environment or similar
• Service orientated with an eye for detail and confident communication skills
• Demonstrate pride in presentation
• Have full working rights in Australia
