Food & Beverage Hostess (Saudi National)

We are currently seeking passionate and charismatic F&B Host/Hostesses to join our team and become the welcoming face of our dining destinations. This role is responsible for delivering a warm and memorable arrival experience for every guest, ensuring seamless seating coordination and personalised service in line with FAENA’s luxury standards and Forbes service expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Warmly greet and welcome guests, creating an exceptional first impression.
  • Manage reservations, waitlists, and table assignments efficiently and accurately.
  • Escort guests to their tables while ensuring a seamless and elegant seating experience.
  • Coordinate table flow with service and kitchen teams to maximise efficiency and guest satisfaction.
  • Monitor restaurant readiness, cleanliness, ambience, and presentation standards throughout service.
  • Handle guest inquiries, seating preferences, and special requests professionally and confidently.
  • Communicate effectively with the F&B team regarding table status, guest needs, and VIP arrivals.
  • Assist in managing peak dining periods to minimise wait times and optimise guest experience.
  • Maintain accurate reservation records using restaurant management systems.
  • Support VIP recognition and deliver personalised guest experiences.
  • Handle guest concerns calmly and professionally, escalating where necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with grooming, presentation, and luxury service standards at all times.
  • Promote restaurant offerings, experiences, and special events when appropriate.
  • Ensure full compliance with Forbes standards, maintaining exceptional service quality, attention to detail, and operational excellence at all times.
  • Previous experience as a Host/Hostess or in a luxury Food & Beverage environment preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a warm and engaging personality.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional appearance and grooming standards consistent with luxury hospitality.
  • Experience using restaurant reservation systems is preferred.
  • Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure while delivering exceptional guest service.
  • Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
  • Experience working within a Forbes standard hotel or luxury hospitality environment is highly advantageous.
  • Fluent English communication skills required; additional languages are an advantage.
