Front Desk Sales & Guest Experience

This position is for someone who:

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Delivering a high-energy, welcoming guest experience

• Booking appointments strategically to maximize the schedule

• Driving rebooking and filling gaps in the day

• Reaching out to clients (waitlist / no walk-in list) to generate business

• Recommending retail and service upgrades

• Keeping the front desk organized, accurate, and efficient



Who You Are

• Outgoing, talkative, and confident with people

• Naturally persuasive (you can recommend without feeling “salesy”)

• Organized and detail-oriented

• Able to multitask under pressure without getting overwhelmed

• Takes initiative instead of waiting to be told what to do


What Makes You Stand Out

• Experience in retail, hospitality, or salon/spa

• Comfortable hitting goals (rebooking %, retail, booking)

• Strong phone and communication skills

• You don’t like talking to people all day

• You get overwhelmed in busy environments

• You prefer strict, repetitive tasks with little interaction

• You’re uncomfortable recommending products or services

Scheduling

• Day Shift 7:30 am - 2:30 pm Tuesday through Friday.

• Opportunity to pick up additional shifts as we expand (including Mondays)
