The FULFILMENT_TSC role at Zensar Technologies Limited is a leadership position within the department. As the head of the RMG function, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing resources for one or two service lines or vertical business units. Your expertise in workforce and resource management, along with your understanding of the complete RMG function, will be instrumental in driving the success of our business.
- Lead and manage the RMG function, ensuring efficient resource allocation and utilization.
- Drive key performance indicators (KPIs) for the business function, analyzing and optimizing performance.
- Implement automation and AI solutions within the RMG function to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders across business units and support functions to align resource management strategies.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams to understand their resource requirements.
- Create and execute resource management plans, considering business goals, project timelines, and budget constraints.
- Monitor and report on the performance of the RMG function, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in resource management and workforce optimization.
- Provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership on resource management and business optimization.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, maintaining high standards of professionalism.
- Minimum 10 years of experience as a leader in workforce management or resource management.
- Proven track record of leading and managing the RMG function for at least one service line or vertical business unit.
- Strong understanding of the complete RMG function, including resource planning, allocation, and optimization.
- Experience in driving key KPIs and implementing performance-enhancing initiatives.
- Knowledge of automation and AI technologies and their application within the business function.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in using resource management tools and software.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
