Global Sourcing & Supply Manager

Apple is seeking a Global Sourcing & Supply Manager (GSSM) to support strategic planning, deal structuring, and negotiations. This role requires collaboration with internal teams, including procurement, engineering, finance, and legal, as well as engagement with third-party vendors and suppliers. This role is responsible for developing and implementing sourcing strategies while identifying opportunities for product innovation through advancements in technology. Success in this position requires a strong understanding of market dynamics, strategic negotiation and pricing, manufacturing processes, and risk mitigation. Minimum Qualifications Extensive experience in global sourcing, supply chain management, or a related field, with a demonstrated track record of managing complex supplier relationships and negotiations Strong quantitative and analytical skills, critical thinking, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously Proven ability to negotiate with tenacity, passion, and strategic skill Expertise in managing forecasts and supply, ensuring supply chain flexibility to mitigate risks In-depth knowledge of supplier management and operational processes Experience developing and managing suppliers to uphold industry-leading standards in quality, delivery, and cost efficiency Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to rapidly synthesise and communicate findings to senior leaders and actively identify potential supply issues that can affect product strategy Resilient and adaptable, with the ability to navigate unexpected challenges and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in a relevant field Master's degree or MBA Willingness to travel internationally on a regular basis (20%–30%)
