At Hard Rock Hotel Malta, the pastry kitchen is where creativity, precision, and consistency come together. Our culinary team supports multiple outlets and service styles, delivering high-quality desserts and pastry items in a fast-paced, high-volume hotel environment.


We are currently recruiting pastry team members to support daily pastry operations across the hotel.

This vacancy includes opportunities for the following pastry roles:

  • Pastry Chef de Partie
  • Pastry Demi Chef de Partie
  • Pastry Sous Chef Hotel
  • Pastry Chef Tournant
  • Pastry Senior Sous Chef
  • Pastry Senior Chef de Partie
  • Pastry Commis Chef

Role allocation will be based on experience, skills, and operational requirements.

What we’re looking for:

  • Previous experience in a professional pastry kitchen or hotel environment (preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of pastry techniques, food preparation, hygiene, and safety standards
  • The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
  • A team-oriented, reliable, and detail-focused approach
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays
