Hard Rock Hotel - Sous Chef

We are currently recruiting a Sous Chef to support daily kitchen operations across the hotel.


What we’re looking for:

  • Previous experience in a supervisory or senior kitchen role within a hotel or professional kitchen environment
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to support and guide kitchen teams
  • Solid knowledge of food preparation, hygiene, and safety standards
  • The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume setting
  • A hands-on, reliable, and team-oriented approach
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays
