Sales and Marketing Manager

Job Description

The Sales & Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving regional sales growth across ASEAN for coil thread or similar industrial fastening products. The role focuses on distributor development, key account management, market expansion, and achieving ambitious sales targets in a competitive industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales Growth & Revenue Achievement

• Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets
• Identify new business opportunities across ASEAN markets
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies
• Drive aggressive sales expansion in existing and new territories

2. Distributor Management

• Establish, develop, and manage a strong distributor network across ASEAN
• Evaluate distributor performance and ensure alignment with company objectives
• Conduct regular business reviews and performance improvement plans
• Support distributors with training, technical knowledge, and sales tools

3. Customer & Key Account Management

• Handle key industrial customers and OEM accounts
• Respond to customer inquiries, quotations, technical requirements, and order follow-ups
• Build long-term customer relationships and ensure high satisfaction levels
• Resolve escalations related to delivery, quality, or service issues

4. Marketing & Market Development

• Support marketing initiatives including product positioning and promotional activities
• Gather market intelligence and provide feedback to headquarters (Japan)
• Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and customer visits

5. Logistics & Delivery Coordination

• Coordinate with internal teams (production, supply chain, logistics) to ensure timely deliveries
• Monitor order fulfillment and shipment schedules
• Manage distributor order pipelines and forecasting

6. Regional Travel

• Travel extensively across ASEAN to support distributors and customers
• Conduct regular onsite visits, business reviews, and market development activities
