About the Position: This position is located at Bassett Army Community Hospital in Fort Wainwright, Alaska. This is a Direct Hire Solicitation Federal employees in Alaska are currently entitled to receive a 1.49% Cost of Living Allowance (COLA) in addition to the base salary. This is subject to change.

Use statistical and cost analysis methods to run feasibility and efficiency studies.

Create organization charts and workforce models based on medical facility requirements

Compile staff resource data to provide routine progress updates to department leadership.

Partner with department managers to review submissions and ensure goals match higher agency targets.

Organize data structures, report designs, and software forms using computerized database.
