Hiring Business Development Manager (Direct Client Sales)
Responsibilities
- Must have a track record of success in acquiring new customers through building/developing a network of clients/contacts who utilize IT Staffing
- Must be someone who can create and execute a sales strategy for new customer acquisition by identifying and developing viable and competitive value propositions that differentiate us.
- Must have recent experience in selling IT or like staffing services through direct client relationships
- Experience with strategic selling processes and success with calling on senior level management
- Experience in attending network events and expanding the client network
- Proven negotiation skills and the ability to influence others
- Strong business ethics, professionalism, personal integrity and strong oral/written communication skills
- Experience managing team of recruiters- guiding them in sourcing process
- Aggressively work through Portals and Social Networking sites to identify new clients
- Strong proficiency in conducting risk mitigation with the candidates before submitting to client
- Verbal communication skills MUST be outstanding.
