HR Admin

This role supports day-to-day HR operations for staff, including recruitment coordination, work pass administration, maintaining HR systems accuracy, managing employee records, and providing operational support.

HR Operations

  • Process work pass renewals, cancellations, and status updates.
  • Update and maintain staff record changes across the staff list, Infotech app, and MOM portals.
  • Monitor work pass quota status and application tracking.
  • Ensure employee records

Recruitment & Work Pass Processing Support

  • Coordinate interviews and recruitment administration with hiring managers.
  • Process work pass applications
  • Arrange medical checks, housing verification, security bond, and air tickets where required.
  • Prepare onboarding documentation, uniforms, and name cards for new hires.

Regulatory Reporting & Data Submission

  • Prepare and submit labour survey and related statutory reports.
  • Maintain HQ biometric registration and employee records.

Ad-Hoc & Administrative Support

  • Assist with company events, grant applications, and administrative coordination.
  • Perform general HR administrative and documentation support.

Job Requirements:-

  • Recognized diploma. Professional HR certifications would be an added advantage
  • Min 1 year of HR experience in HR operations or administration
  • Data accuracy and record management.
  • Detail-focused with good follow-through
  • Able to work independently and support team priorities
