Job Summary

Manage end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, payroll, work pass processing, policy maintenance, and employee orientation to support organizational effectiveness and compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Execute full-cycle recruitment and selection to attract and onboard qualified candidates efficiently
  • Administer leave applications and payroll processing to ensure accurate and timely employee compensation
  • Process various work passes in compliance with regulatory requirements to support workforce mobility
  • Update and maintain the Company’s Employee Handbook, policies, ISO procedures, and workplace safety standards to ensure regulatory compliance and employee awareness
  • Prepare and conduct comprehensive new employee orientation sessions to facilitate smooth onboarding
  • Perform ad-hoc HR duties as assigned by Management to support operational needs

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent qualification
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in Human Resource functions
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information responsibly and professionally
  • Effective interpersonal, communication, and counselling skills applied in workplace interactions
  • Working knowledge of the Singapore Employment Act and HR best practices to ensure compliance and effective HR management
