HR Adminstrator
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
- Prepare employment contracts, letters, and HR-related documentation
- Support payroll processing, including timesheet collection and verification
- Liaise with external parties such as government agencies, banks, and vendors
- Assist in work pass applications, renewals, and compliance matters
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes
- Monitor and track leave, attendance, and employee benefits
- Support HR audits and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulations
- Assist in implementing HR initiatives and projects
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team
Requirements
- O-Level, ITE or Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Basic familiarity with local labour laws and HR practices will be an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
