HR Adminstrator

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
  • Prepare employment contracts, letters, and HR-related documentation
  • Support payroll processing, including timesheet collection and verification
  • Liaise with external parties such as government agencies, banks, and vendors
  • Assist in work pass applications, renewals, and compliance matters
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Monitor and track leave, attendance, and employee benefits
  • Support HR audits and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulations
  • Assist in implementing HR initiatives and projects
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team


Requirements

  • O-Level, ITE or Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Basic familiarity with local labour laws and HR practices will be an advantage
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
