HR Assistant

Job Responsibilities

  • Process monthly payroll and maintain attendance/leave records

  • Administer work passes (Work Permit) via MOM portals — applications, renewals, cancellations

  • Handle WICA claims and coordinate with insurers on documentation

  • Support recruitment — job postings, resume screening, interview coordination

  • Prepare employment contracts and onboarding documents

  • Maintain employee records and assist with statutory submissions

  • Monitor FWL, work pass quota, and MOM compliance requirements

  • Handle general HR queries from every employee

  • Track Coretrade and CSOC certification expiry, arrange renewals, and register workers for training programmes

  • Administer leave, attendance, timesheets, OT records, and claims processing

  • Submit dormitory check-in/check-out, renewal, room movement forms, and purchase workers' PPE

  • Support HR Executive on ad hoc projects and reporting

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in HRM, Business Admin, or related field

  • Fresh graduates welcome; prior HR admin or internship experience preferred

  • Familiar with MOM portals (WP Online, EP Online) is a plus

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; HR system (Info-Tech) experience is a plus

  • Detail-oriented, organised, able to multitask
