HR cum Admin Executive

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including posting job advertisements, coordinating interviews, and serving as the primary point of contact for candidates.
  • Oversee employment and work pass matters, including applications, cancellations, renewals, and updates.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records; draft, update, and enhance the company handbook, HR policies, and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance and implement best practices.
  • Prepare and manage employment contracts, confirmation letters, disciplinary notices, and termination letters.
  • Administer employee benefits, leave, and medical claims in accordance with HR policies.
  • Monitor and update employees’ leave records regularly.
  • Plan and organize company events and activities.
  • Oversee office renewals (e.g., mobile plans, printers), coordinate maintenance and handle vendor relationships.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to Management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in a similar role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Able to start work immediately or on short notice.
