HR cum Admin Officer
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and work passes matter.
- Able to handle MOM requirements
- Able to handle shipyard requirements with respect to HR matters.
- Conducts orientation programmes for new recruits and ensures proper induction is given.
- Work closely with Managers, Supervisors and management team to deliver HR initiatives and operational support.
- Assist in maintaining the document management system in accordance to the company’s ISO policies and procedures.
- Process of Group Insurance administration for staff and ensure compliance with the Act.
- Assist in organising corporate social responsibility and welfare activities.
- Assist GM Operations in preparing reports, time sheets etc
- Other ad-hoc administrative duties when assigned.
Requirements:
- 'O' Level/ NITEC/ Certificate in a HR-related discipline with at least 2 years of relevant experience, preferably from a Marine Environment
- Good team player
- Able to work independently
