HR Executive
Job Summary
Manage comprehensive HR functions including payroll, employee records, work pass administration, and training coordination to support organizational operations and compliance with government regulations.
Responsibilities
- Process payroll accurately and manage related administrative tasks to ensure timely salary disbursement
- Maintain and update employee records in the Info-Tech System to support HR data integrity
- Administer work pass applications, renewals, cancellations, and issuance to comply with regulatory requirements
- Execute daily HR operations from employee onboarding through offboarding to ensure smooth transitions
- Collaborate with all departments to coordinate hiring plans, resignations, confirmations, and HR-related matters
- Manage E-leave and E-attendance systems, including leave type entry, entitlement tracking, application processing, certificate collection, approval, and daily attendance monitoring
- Coordinate internal and external training enrolments and maintain accurate training records to support employee development
- Prepare and submit timely and accurate government claims and reports, including CPF, childcare leave, maternity/paternity leave, NS makeup claims, and income tax documentation (IR8A & IR21)
- Generate weekly and monthly HR reports to provide management with up-to-date workforce insights
- Provide clear advice and respond promptly to employee inquiries on HR policies and procedures
- Lead and complete ad-hoc HR projects assigned by management to support organizational goals
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Administrative, or Business Studies
- Minimum of 3 years relevant HR experience including at least 2-3 years handling payroll
- Familiarity with Ministry of Manpower (MOM) regulations and HR best practices
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications to efficiently manage HR documentation and reporting
- Strong communication, writing, and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with employees and stakeholders
- Self-motivated team player with a strong sense of responsibility and ability to work independently
- Availability to work 5.5 days per week, including alternate Saturdays
- Ability to start immediately or within a short notice period
