HR & Finance Controller
Key Responsibilities
1. Administrative Operations
- Oversee daily office and administrative functions
- Maintain proper documentation, filing systems, and records
- Ensure smooth internal workflows across departments
2. Company Asset & Admin Tracking
- Manage company assets (vehicles, equipment, insurance, licences)
- Track renewals (road tax, COE, insurance, permits, etc.)
- Maintain accurate admin records and alerts for upcoming deadlines
3. Finance & Documentation Support
- Assist in invoice, quotation, and payment tracking
- Liaise with finance team for documentation and records
- Maintain proper audit trail for company transactions
4. Vendor & Supplier Coordination
- Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and service providers
- Manage contracts, quotations, and service agreements
- Track delivery timelines and follow-ups
5. Process Improvement
- Identify inefficiencies and improve workflows
- Support implementation of internal systems (e.g., operations software, tracking tools)
- Help standardise SOPs across the company
6. Team & Operations Support
- Support project teams with admin coordination
- Ensure proper documentation for ongoing projects
- Assist management in operational planning
