Key Responsibilities:

  • Champion employee engagement and welfare as a trusted people advocate
  • Coordinate onboarding, training, and team-building programmes
  • Assist in recruitment processes including talent sourcing and candidate shortlisting
  • Maintain and manage HR records, databases, and internal policies
  • Handle day-to-day queries from team members with professionalism and care
  • Support employee recognition initiatives and individual growth programmes
  • Contribute actively to building a positive and inclusive workplace culture
  • Stay updated on local employment practices, MOM regulations, and HR trends
  • Work closely with management on team planning and manpower matters

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma and above
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively within a team and across departments
