Job Description Summary
GE Vernova is seeking an internal communications manager to lead channels and operations for our internal communications ecosystem, while also supporting Digital Technology leadership and executive communications. This role will help shape how we deliver information to employees through our core channels and ensure content is organized, effective, and aligned to business priorities.A key focus of this role will be communicating with and supporting GE Vernova’s hourly and frontline employees through relevant, accessible, and engaging channels and content. Experience with Staffbase is strongly preferred.

Roles and Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Own and manage internal communication channels, including intranet, newsletters, digital signage, and other employee-facing platforms.
- Support Digital Technology leadership with executive communications, messaging, and employee-facing updates.
- Develop channel strategies that improve reach, engagement, and clarity across the workforce.
- Help create communications that are effective for hourly and frontline employees, with attention to accessibility and usability.
- Maintain content calendars, publishing workflows, governance, and editorial standards.
- Partner with internal communicators and business leaders to ensure channel content is timely, accurate, and aligned.
- Use analytics and feedback to evaluate channel performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Support the continued evolution of GE Vernova’s internal communications infrastructure and tools, including Staffbase where applicable.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Digital Media, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of experience in internal communications, channel management, digital communications, or related field.
- Experience supporting executive communications and/or technology organizations preferred.
- Experience with Staffbase or similar internal communications platforms strongly preferred.
- Strong editorial judgment and content management skills.
- Ability to organize complex workflows and maintain consistency across multiple channels.
- Experience communicating to hourly, frontline, or distributed workforces strongly preferred.

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $89,900.00 and $149,800.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set.
Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus.
