Job Description Summary
GE Vernova is looking for a creative and highly organized internal communications leader to drive projects, events strategy, and large-scale employee campaigns. This individual contributor role will help design and deliver high-impact experiences that bring employees together and reinforce GE Vernova’s culture, strategy, and sense of shared purpose.This role will support leadership events, global campaigns, and enterprise-wide moments such as holiday campaigns, founder’s day anniversaries, employee activations, and other signature experiences that connect the workforce. In this role, you will also play a key part in aiding communications for the GE Vernova Foundation, helping to amplify our philanthropic impact and connect employees to our community-focused mission.

Roles and Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Lead communications strategy and execution for leadership events, enterprise campaigns, and major employee experiences.
- Support the GE Vernova Foundation by developing communications that highlight our philanthropic impact, community grants, and volunteer initiatives.
- Partner with leaders, business teams, and communications colleagues to design moments that engage employees and reinforce company priorities.
- Develop concepts, messaging, timelines, and content for large-scale global campaigns.
- Ensure event and campaign communications are aligned with GE Vernova’s brand, culture, and employee experience goals.
- Support planning and execution of special initiatives, including seasonal campaigns, recognition moments, and company-wide activations.
- Create materials that help leaders communicate with clarity and consistency during key events.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high attention to detail and quality.
- Measure success of campaigns and events through participation, feedback, and engagement data.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Event Planning, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 6+ years of experience in internal communications, employee engagement, event strategy, or campaign management.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Experience supporting leadership events, global campaigns, or large employee experiences.
- Excellent writing, editing, and presentation skills.
- Able to work independently as well as across a broader communications team.
- Experience in a global, matrixed organization preferred.

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $120,000.00 and $200,000.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set.
Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus.
