Senior Communications Business Partner, Operational Excellence
Job Description Summary
GE Vernova is seeking an internal communications professional to support operational excellence, with a focus on lean, quality, and customer solutions. This role will work closely with operational excellence leaders to help tell the story of how GE Vernova drives continuous improvement, delivers for customers, and builds a culture of excellence across the business.Reporting to the Senior Internal Communications Manager, EDGE & Innovation, this role will help translate operational priorities into employee-relevant messaging and customer-centered stories.

Responsibilities
- Support internal communications for lean, quality, and customer solutions initiatives.
- Partner with operational excellence leaders to develop clear messaging and content that reinforces business priorities.
- Help identify and craft customer stories that demonstrate the impact of operational excellence on performance and value creation.
- Create executive-ready communications materials, including talking points, presentations, newsletters, and campaign content.
- Collaborate with the broader communications team to ensure messaging is aligned and timely.
- Support key moments, milestones, and employee engagement efforts connected to continuous improvement and quality.
- Help drive awareness and understanding of operational excellence priorities across a global workforce.
- Monitor communications effectiveness and help identify opportunities to improve clarity and reach.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 6+ years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications, or related field.
- Experience supporting operational, technical, industrial, or customer-facing teams preferred.
- Strong writing and content development skills.
- Ability to work across functions and build strong relationships with leaders and teammates.
- Strong judgment and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience working in a matrixed, global organization preferred.

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $120,000.00 and $200,000.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set.
Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus.
