As a Senior Associate - Payroll Implementation, you will engage with clients to analyze workforce trends and develop strategies that align with their business objectives. Within our Management Consulting practice, you will specialize in providing strategic consulting services to optimize workforce and talent management strategies. This role involves working closely with clients to design talent acquisition, development, and retention programs that drive organizational success.

As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client connections and learn how to manage and inspire others. What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
