Job Summary

Provide comprehensive IT support including end-user assistance, hardware installation, and vendor coordination to ensure seamless technology operations in a Windows-based environment.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver end-user support for computers, mobile devices, software, and applications to resolve technical issues promptly
  • Manage user accounts by creating and maintaining email and system access to ensure secure and efficient user onboarding
  • Install, maintain, and troubleshoot workstations, laptops, and printers within a Windows-based environment to minimize downtime
  • Support video and audio conferencing systems to facilitate effective communication across teams
  • Maintain accurate IT stock and asset lists to ensure proper inventory management and resource allocation
  • Coordinate with vendors to manage IT services and resolve external technical issues efficiently
  • Respond to ad-hoc IT service requests from management to support business needs flexibly

Required competencies and certifications

  • Diploma in Information Technology or equivalent IT-related experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Windows 7 and 10 operating systems and Microsoft Office applications

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Experience in a desktop support role to enhance troubleshooting and user support effectiveness
  • Familiarity with Server and Active Directory services to support network and user management
  • Demonstrated willingness to learn and collaborate effectively within a team environment
