Senior Operations Executive – Dry Bulk Shipping

Wealth Holdings Shipping Pte. Ltd. is a Singapore-based dry bulk shippingcompany operating Supramax / Ultramax vessels across major trade lanes. We arelooking for a Senior Operations Executive to join our operations team andsupport the full post-fixture execution of dry bulk voyages.

Role Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-dayvessel operations and full voyage execution after fixture, ensuring that eachvoyage is performed in accordance with charter party terms, operationalrequirements, and company standards.

This role requires strong hands-on experience in dry bulk vesseloperations, including coordination with Masters, Owners, Charterers, Brokers, Agents, Surveyors and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full voyage cycle for Supramax / Ultramax dry bulk vessels from fixture to voyage completion.
• Issue voyage instructions and operational guidance to Masters, Owners, Agents and relevant parties.
• Monitor vessel movements, ETA / ETB / ETD, cargo loading / discharging, port turnaround and voyage progress.
• Coordinate with Masters, Owners, Charterers, Brokers, Port Agents, Surveyors and Port Authorities to ensure smooth vessel operations.
• Review fixture recap / charter party terms and ensure voyage operations comply with contractual requirements.
• Arrange and monitor bunker planning, bunker stems, bunker consumption and related operational requirements.
• Appoint and coordinate agents, surveyors and other service providers when required.
• Review and follow up on PDA / FDA, port disbursements, freight, hire, bunker and voyage-related invoices.
• Handle laytime calculations, demurrage / despatch matters and operational claims.
• Prepare and monitor voyage estimates, voyage expenses, voyage results and P&L tracking.
• Handle Bills of Lading, Letters of Indemnity and other post-fixture / shipping documentation.
• Maintain proper voyage records, operational files and daily correspondence.
• Provide timely updates to management and internal teams on vessel status, operational issues and voyage performance.
• Support ad-hoc operational matters as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in dry bulk vessel operations / post-fixture operations.
• Hands-on experience operating Supramax / Ultramax vessels will be an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of charter party terms, voyage execution, laytime, demurrage / despatch and dry bulk shipping documentation.
• Familiar with bunker planning, port disbursements, freight / hire invoices and voyage-related costs.
• Able to liaise effectively with Masters, Owners, Charterers, Brokers, Agents, Surveyors and internal teams.
• Able to manage multiple voyages and work under time-sensitive situations.
• Proficient in both English and Mandarin, with the ability to communicate, read and write effectively in both languages for work-related correspondence with stakeholders.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office. Experience with IMOS or other shipping systems will be an advantage.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, organised and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Able to work under pressure and respond promptly to operational matters when required.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience in dry bulk post-fixture operations.
• Experience with Supramax / Ultramax vessels.
• Experience handling voyage instructions, bunker planning, PDA / FDA, laytime, demurrage / despatch and voyage P&L.
