Junior HR Generalist
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage job postings, screen resumes, conduct interviews, and facilitate new hire onboarding to ensure timely recruitment and smooth integration of employees.
- Work pass application process
- Preparing and processing timely distribution of salary, bonus, increment salary slip, and leave encashment
- Maintaining HR records, such as those related to compensation, health, medical insurance, and WICA insurance.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including contracts, leave, and attendance to support effective personnel administration.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for staff queries related to benefits, payroll, and workplace grievances, fostering positive employee relations.
- Coordinate employee engagement and corporate social responsibility events for a global hybrid workforce, managing the lifecycle of the event including, logistics, communications, outreach, volunteer recruitment, and participation.
- Facilitate employee wellness programs to enhance the employee experience leading to increased employee engagement, morale, and overall job satisfaction
- Track staff training needs and assist in coordinating career development programs to support employee growth and organizational capability.
Preferred competencies andqualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in HR operations or administrative support.
- Proficient use of HR software to manage HR processes efficiently.
