Junior Recruiter

About the Role

We are hiring a Recruitment Executive to take full ownership of day-to-day recruitment operations in-house.

This is not a support-only role! You will be responsible for managing the recruitment workflow independently, from sourcing to screening and coordination. The Recruitment Manager will be focusing on higher-level strategy, so consistency and accountability are key.

This is a long-term role for someone serious about recruitment as a career.

Responsibilities

  • Source candidates via job portals, social media, and referrals
  • Screen resumes and conduct phone call interviews
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
  • Follow up with candidates throughout the process
  • Track weekly hiring progress and maintain KPI records
  • Update candidate database and assist with basic admin tasks
