Recruitment Executive (In-house, near Boon Keng MRT)

Responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for technical/non-technical roles.
  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other hiring channels.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and provide regular hiring updates.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Negotiate salary and manage offer rollouts.
  • Ensure positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and hiring metrics.
  • Work closely with business teams to understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities.
  • Looking for Chinese speaker to liaise with local clients
  • Looking for Mandarin speaker to liaise with local clients
  • Salary $2500 (Salary Increment upon successful completion of 3-months probation period.)
