kitchen assistant
Main focus: support food preparation and kitchen cleanliness
- Wash, cut, and prepare basic ingredients (vegetables, meat, etc.)
- Assist chefs in cooking preparation
- Keep kitchen clean (washing utensils, equipment, floor)
- Store food properly (labelling, refrigeration, stock rotation)
- Follow food hygiene and safety standards
- Help receive and organise food deliveries
- Dispose of kitchen waste properly
- Basic dishwashing if needed
- Working Hours: Tuesday to Sunday, 7am – 7pm
Break Time: 2pm – 4pm
Rest day: Monday
Overtime (OT): Depends on situation
Annual Leave (AL): 7 days
Salary: $2,500 – $2,800 (Local)
