kitchen assistant

Main focus: support food preparation and kitchen cleanliness

  • Wash, cut, and prepare basic ingredients (vegetables, meat, etc.)
  • Assist chefs in cooking preparation
  • Keep kitchen clean (washing utensils, equipment, floor)
  • Store food properly (labelling, refrigeration, stock rotation)
  • Follow food hygiene and safety standards
  • Help receive and organise food deliveries
  • Dispose of kitchen waste properly
  • Basic dishwashing if needed
  • Working Hours: Tuesday to Sunday, 7am – 7pm
    Break Time: 2pm – 4pm
    Rest day: Monday
    Overtime (OT): Depends on situation
    Annual Leave (AL): 7 days

Salary: $2,500 – $2,800 (Local)
