Job Description-Lead Customer Experience Specialist.

  • Interacts with customers prior to and after sale In French Language.
  • Processes orders/Billing, prepares correspondence, and fulfills customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Develops and maintains positive customer relations.
  • Coordinates with various functions within the company to ensure customer requests are handled appropriately and in a timely manner.
  • Substantially impacts the relationship between Honeywell and the customer.
  • Process Day to Day Order/Billings/PR
  • Clear Backlogs.
  • O2C knowledge
  • Respond to Customer Queries and Claims (non-Disputes).
  • Collaborate with different cross functions for Customer Resolutions and Process Improvement.
  • Work with Dispute Team to manage the disputes

Skills Required:

  • Any Graduate with minimum 2 years of experience.
  • French Language Proficient/Expert
  • Highly adaptable and able to learn new technologies quickly.
  • Encourage & Follow Honeywell Behavior/policies.
  • SAP- Order Management
  • Salesforce | SAP | Excel | Case Management
