Sales Coordinator/Admin Executive

Responsibilities:

  1. Receive and process customer orders via phone and other communication channels.
  2. Maintain regular communication with customers to address enquiries and provide support.
  3. Create and maintain customer accounts in the system.
  4. Coordinate and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  5. Arrange and schedule delivery of goods to customers.
  6. Handle procurement of office stationery and supplies.
  7. Organise meetings, prepare schedules, and send meeting invitations.
  8. Manage incoming calls and direct them accordingly.
  9. Perform general administrative and other ad-hoc office duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in a Sales Coordinator or Administrative Executive role.
  2. Diploma, A-Level qualification or equivalent.
  3. Positive attitude with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  4. Able to work on a 5.5-day work week.
