Sales Coordinator/Admin Executive
Responsibilities:
- Receive and process customer orders via phone and other communication channels.
- Maintain regular communication with customers to address enquiries and provide support.
- Create and maintain customer accounts in the system.
- Coordinate and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Arrange and schedule delivery of goods to customers.
- Handle procurement of office stationery and supplies.
- Organise meetings, prepare schedules, and send meeting invitations.
- Manage incoming calls and direct them accordingly.
- Perform general administrative and other ad-hoc office duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in a Sales Coordinator or Administrative Executive role.
- Diploma, A-Level qualification or equivalent.
- Positive attitude with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to work on a 5.5-day work week.
