Lead DevOps Engineer (Azure)

We are seeking a Lead DevOps Engineer to drive the design and implementation of reliable, scalable and high-performing solutions on Azure, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation and continuous improvement. Responsibilities Design, implement and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps for consistent and rapid software delivery Define and apply Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles using tools such as Bicep, Terraform or ARM templates to create scalable environments Manage and govern APIs with Azure API Management, focusing on security, transformation and performance policies Integrate AI capabilities like Azure OpenAI, AI Search and Document Intelligence into backend APIs when needed Ensure open communication and collaboration with team members and stakeholders, promoting a culture of shared knowledge and high performance Requirements 5+ years of experience with CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps and infrastructure automation using Bicep, Terraform and ARM templates Proficiency in working with Azure services such as Azure Functions, API Management, AKS/Container Apps, API Gateway and Web Apps Strong commitment to ensuring reliability, rapid delivery and effective team communication English proficiency at B2 level or higher Nice to have Background in .NET development and cloud-based application integration
