Lead DevOps Engineer (Azure)

We are looking for a passionate Lead DevOps Engineer (Azure) to drive the development and optimization of scalable, reliable and high-performing solutions. This role involves close collaboration with team members and stakeholders to deliver results while fostering a culture of open communication and continuous enhancement of our cloud and DevOps practices. Responsibilities Collaborate with the team to design and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps Apply Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles with tools like Bicep, Terraform or ARM templates for building scalable, repeatable environments Support API governance and management with Azure API Management including implementing security and performance policies Integrate Azure-based AI capabilities (OpenAI, AI Search, Document Intelligence) into backend APIs if required Foster effective communication within the team and with stakeholders to ensure alignment and knowledge sharing Requirements 5+ years of experience with CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and infrastructure automation tools such as Bicep, Terraform or ARM templates Expertise in Azure Functions, API Management, AKS/Container Apps, API Gateway and Web Apps Strong commitment to reliable and rapid delivery processes with a collaborative team approach Certification in relevant Azure solutions (if applicable) English proficiency at B2 level or higher Nice to have Background in .NET development and cloud integration
